John Ryan
Chairman


John established Local Car and Van Rental Ltd, FRS’s parent company, in 2006. LCVR is now the market leading supplier of vehicles to third party rental companies, with strong manufacturer and dealer relationships and turnover exceeding £25m. The Group includes Local Vehicle Transport, an independent vehicle logistics operation which supports inhouse delivery and collection of FRS’s vehicles.

Jon Darke
Director


Following a 38 year career in Vehicle Rental and Fleet Support Services; including Motor manufacturer experience with Renault UK, Jon has led the formation and launch of FRS. The company’s mission is to provide a competitive supply of Cars and LCVs, complete with bespoke specification, backed by exceptional customer service.

Gordon Barr
Fleet Director


Gordon oversees FRS’s extensive Vehicle Manufacturer, Dealer and specialist fleet services supplier relationships. In particular, sourcing sufficient fleet supply to match and ensuring is available exceptional ‘in life’ fleet support is provided via our partner, runyourfleet; and that defleet repair and refurbishment arrangements are timely and cost-effective.

Karl Gravenor
Finance Director


Karl is a qualified accountant and experienced finance director with over 25 years of experience in the automotive sector, the majority of this time working with FIAT Chrysler, IVECO and CASE New Holland, joining the LCVR group as Group Finance Director in 2021. Karl has a full appreciation of customer needs in the passenger cars and commercial vehicle sector.

James Ryan
Fleet Administration Manager


James has been responsible for LCVR’s Internal Sales & Fleet Administration teams for the last 10 years, overseeing a ten-fold growth in fleet volume with emphasis on maintaining and strengthening customer and Manufacturer relationships. James is also responsible for the provision of FRS’s ad hoc and regular customer reporting, and managing the relationship with our industry leading fine management partner.

Lisa Allcock
National Account Manager


Lisa has specialised in customer management throughout her career, focusing over the last 14 years on the flexi-hire of bespoke LCVs to a wide range of customers, both in size and market sector. Lisa now leads FRS’s customer-facing team, ensuring that vehicle supply commitments are fulfilled and that service levels are achieved.

Dan Mould
Account Manager


Dan is responsible for liaison with FRS’s customer base, supporting all enquiries, ordering and supply arrangements. Dan has worked with FRS’s preferred manufacturer and dealer partners for the last 10 years ensuring that customers’ fleet requirements and deadlines are met; and that dealing with FRS is as stress-free an experience as the fleet market will allow.

Vicky Reed
Fleet Coordinator


The majority of FRS’s vehicles are supplied new or nearly-new. Vicky works closely with our customers and vehicle suppliers, (Dealers, PDI agents and third party Equipment providers), to ensure that vehicles are prepared to the required specification and standards; and are delivered swiftly and they arrive ‘right first time’.

Sophie Jeffs
Fleet Administration Apprentice


Sophie has recently joined the Group as an apprentice. Sophie is not only rapidly enhancing her skills, she is quickly becoming an integral part of the FRS Team. Her meticulous attention to detail is evident in her efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle and rental administration.

Kevin Seager
Defleet Operations Manager


Kevin leads the team overseeing the day-to-day off-hire, collection/return, inspection/estimation and defleet processing of vehicles at ‘end of life’. Kevin has specialised in vehicle inspection and repair over a 40 year career, working with FRS’s extensive network of vehicle preparation sites in order to guarantee prompt processing and competitive costings.

Catherine Hounslow
Quality & Insurance Coordinator


Catherine oversees FRS’s policies, procedures and documentation; as well as handling our insurance and quality assurance activities. She also oversees FRS’s formal customer complaints procedures; and coordinates our programme of continuous improvement.

Lucy Patterson
Fleet Sales Coordinator


Lucy has worked in various roles within the LCVR group since the company’s launch in 2006. She is now works closely with key customers and vehicle suppliers, (Dealers, PDI agents and third party Equipment providers), to ensure that non-standard vehicles are sourced and fit for purpose.
